Chicken Satay.

circle Serves 4-6
circle 4 chicken fillets, thinly sliced
circle Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Satay Sauce: (on side burner)
circle 1 onion, finely diced
circle 1 clove garlic, crushed
circle 1 small red chilli, sliced
circle ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
circle ½ cup coconut cream
circle 1 tablespoon honey
circle 2 tablespoons soy sauce
circle2 tablespoons fish sauce

1. Thread chicken onto skewers. Cook on heated grill plate on medium heat.

2. Using a saucepan on side burner, cook onion and garlic in a small amount of oil.

3. Add all other ingredients, stirring until heated through.

4. Pour warm sauce over hot skewers and serve.
